Order Processing and Shipping Information:

Upon receiving your order, please allow us 24-48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays).

If you've opted for Cash on Delivery (COD), an OTP order confirmation is essential for finalizing your order.

After processing, delivery is estimated to take 7-10 days. Ensure accurate delivery by providing the correct house number, building name, street name, and pin code. We take full responsibility for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they are in the hands of the courier service.

Track your order through the link provided in the email, WhatsApp, and SMS notifications upon dispatch.

Free shipping is available on prepaid orders, while COD is offered in specific pin codes with an additional Rs 70 charge.

Exchange Policy:

We accept exchanges for items with the wrong print or wrong design. To initiate an exchange, email support@dehavarman.com within 3 days of receiving the package, including your order number and an image of the purchased product, specifically highlighting the incorrect print or design.

We take responsibility for the two-way charges involved in the exchange process. The exchange product will be dispatched within 2-3 working days after receiving the original product, subject to availability.

Returns are not accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items. Raise a exchangeΒ request within 48 hours of receipt for faulty items.

  • We do not accept returns.
  • Products on sale are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
  • The color of products on the website may slightly differ based on the device screen.

Dehavarman takes responsibility for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages during transit.

Cancellations:

To cancel an order, email support@dehavarman.com with your order number. Orders can only be canceled if they are not processed.

Note: A Rs.50 deduction applies if the item has been processed and is ready to ship.
